The beginning of a New Year always brings new tidings, resolutions and goals. This New Year also rang in to the start of a new season of The Male Initiative as well as the inaugural season of sister mentorship program, Eye Candy.
After a holiday full of turkey dinners and lazing around, Artistic Director and Choreographer Shavar Blackwood wasted no time to quickly whip this new cohort back into shape. By the end of the first class, every dancer was sweaty, sore, but ready for more! Talk about new year, new you! One class down, six months to go 😉
